PAYMENTS
At Keziah Tree Therapy, we do not bill insurance companies directly. Instead, we operate as an out-of-network provider to maintain flexibility and prioritize your care.
Here’s how it works:

Payment is due at the time of your session.

You’ll receive a Superbill after each appointment — a detailed receipt with everything your insurance company needs for reimbursement.

You submit the Superbill to your insurance provider to see if they offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.
We encourage you to check your out-of-network mental health benefits with your insurance company to understand your potential coverage. If you have any questions, we’re happy to walk you through the process.
